Computer Eye Strain: How to Relieve It
Tip 1: Take vitamin A diet to make eyes brighter & strong
Tip 2: Wash eyes with cold water to clean eyes.
Tip 3: Put potato slices over eyes to get rid off circles.
Tip 4: Wear antiglare glasses while driving or at work.
Tip 5: Keep blinking to prevent dry eyes. Keep screen clean.
Tip 6: Take regular breaks to give your eyes a rest.
Tip 7: Place Cotton pads dipped in a cold tea solution.
Tip 8: Soak Amla overnight in water and use this water the next morning to wash the eyes.
Tip 9: The computer screen should be slightly below eye level (about 20 degrees).
Tip 10: Check your monitor is 33cm-59cm from your eyes and the centre of screen is 10cm-15cm below to eye level.
