Dr Bernard Thong, head and senior consultant of the Rheumatology, Allergy and Immunology Department at Tan Tock Seng Hospital stressed that prevention is easier than cure when it comes to osteoporosis. And that specifically means reducing alcohol intake and smoking, increasing aerobic exercise and improving dietary calcium and vitamin D intake, said Dr Thong.
According to Ministry of Health clinical-practice guidelines released in January 2009, the incidence of hip fracture in Singapore has increased 1.5times in men and five times in women since 1960s. One in five dies within a year after sustaining a hip fracture. About 800 to 900 hip fractures occur every year in Singapore because of osteoporosis.
Fragility fractures of the hip and spine can lead to significant pain and immobility, and affect daily activities, especially among able-bodied working adults,” said Dr Thong.

Also, some of these products offer you a free trial but then charge your credit card after the trial is up. Often, you haven't even had the product long enough to see if it will work. Here is what one website said "Try before you buy, pay only s/h today. You will be charged $119.93 in 14 days for our Free Refill Program* unless cancelled." If it's a free refill program why are you going to be charged $119.93?

Wikipedia's definition - Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a very pale blue liquid, slightly more viscous than water, that appears colorless in dilute solution. It has strong oxidizing properties, and is a powerful bleaching agent. It is used as a disinfectant, antiseptic, oxidizer... The oxidizing capacity of hydrogen peroxide is so strong that it is considered a highly reactive oxygen species.
H2O2 is naturally produced in organisms as a by-product of oxidative metabolism. Nearly all living things (specifically, all obligate and facultative aerobes) possess enzymes known as peroxidases, which harmlessly and catalytically decompose low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen.

You do not want to use the peroxide that you can buy at a drugstore if it is going to be absorbed into your body. The drugstore variety is for external use only, they contain stabilizers and often contain heavy metals. 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is the only grade of H2O2 recommended for internal use. It is often used in production of dairy products. But you MUST NOT use it at this strength! It MUST be diluted! See instructions below on how to dilute it.
Hydrogen peroxide can be used at 3% strength as a mouthwash or mixed with baking soda for use as toothpaste.
Here is how I use it as a tooth whitener. First you must dilute the 35% to 3%, (instructions are below).
Then all you have to do is hold the H2O2 in your mouth for about 10 minutes per day. I keep a bottle of the 3% solution in the shower and put some in my mouth while I take a shower.
Please brush before using the H2O2 to remove any debris and plaque so the hydrogen peroxide can work directly on the stains on your teeth.
Diluting 35% Hydrogen Peroxide
Use caution when handling 35% hydrogen peroxide. Do not get it on your skin. At this strength it will burn your skin. Also follow the manufacturer's instruction on storage. It should be kept in a cold place like your refrigerator.
The 35% can be purchased on the internet, in fact you can order on my website. When I started looking for it I was not able to find a local store that sold it. Maybe if you live in a REALLY large city you might be able to buy it locally.
Step One Pour some of the 35% H2O2 a measuring cup. Fill to 1oz.
Step Two Add this to 11 ounces of distilled water. This will yield 12 ounces of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Please label the bottle. You do not want someone to think it is water and drink it.
I usually just double this by adding 2ounces of 35% H2O2 to 22 ounces of distilled water. I double it because I use it for many other things besides tooth whitening.
Using it at this dilution a bottle of the 35% lasts a long time.

Bile is a yellow-brown fluid produced by the liver, which helps us digest fats. Our liver produces up to three cups of bile a day. Our gallbladder can store up to a cup of bile as it awaits a fatty meal.
When we eat, our gallbladder contracts and pushes bile into the small intestines where it helps with the digestion of fats. Why The FDA Suppresses Natural Remedies and Cures

Chronic Hives, also referred to as urticaria, is an allergic reaction apparent on the skin as a rash. The rash may develop as lots of tiny little bumps which may look something like nettle rash, or they may appear as odd coloured and shaped swellings. These swellings are called Urticarial wheels.

How To Get Rid of Pink Eye Symptoms

While natural remedies for pink eye may relieve irritating symptoms, any home treatments should not be used as substitutes for a physician's care. Additionally, viral pink eye affects more people in early spring and/or late fall than any other time of the year. It is often accompanied by sinus congestion and sensitivity to bright lights.
Several home remedies, such as "artificial tears" eyedrops or applying a warm compress on the affected eyes may relieve the pain and itching of pinkeye. If you wear contact lens and develop pink eye symptoms, you might consider not wearing the lenses until your doctor determines the cause of the conjunctivitis. Skin cancer is a condition that develops as a result of prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light. This tumour often looks like a red ulcer on the skin which may bleed, crust or itch and is often given the nickname 'rodent ulcer'. Basal cell carcinoma typically appears on areas of the body that are exposed to the sun such as the arms, legs and face. Although it is the most common type of skin carcinoma it rarely kills. However, it can disfigure the skin if left untreated for a long period.
2) SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA:- This type of skin cancer accounts for between 15% and 20% of skin cancers. It begins when the squamous cells of the epidermis start to grow in a rapid and uncontrollable way which ultimately leads to the development of a cancerous tumour. This tumour often resembles a hard red lump or a flat, scaly, scab like area. Like BCC, squamous cell carcinoma often appears on parts of the body that are exposed to the sun and rarely kills. However, if left untreated it can spread to other areas of the body.
3) MALIGNANT MELANOMA:- This type of skin cancer represents less than 10% of diagnoses. It develops in melanin producing skin cells called melanocytes. Malignant melanoma begins when the process of cell division goes wrong in these melanocytes and they start to divide and multiply uncontrollably leading to the development of a tumour. This tumour has a large, brown mole like appearance and can appear on your arms, back, leg or face. Although it resembles a mole there are subtle differences, Malignant melanomas are often a different colour to normal moles and they are often larger and more uneven. Unlike BCC and SCC, this type of cancer is very dangerous if not treated quickly and accounts for the majority of skin cancer fatalities.
